According to new data published by Moneyfacts, Mortgage products for first-time landlords have reached a new high and the UK has seen the biggest year-on-year leap for October ever recorded.

297 more first-time landlords products have been launched over the last 12 months, with the previous highest figures seen back in 2015.

In July 2019, research from Moneyfacts confirmed that there were 1,405 deals available for first-time landlords and as of 1st October this has grown to 1,474, a new high.
